Cast Resin Transformers

We produce standard cast resin distribution transformers according EcoDesign and standard losses from 100 kVA to 5,000 kVA and insulation class up to 36 kV, corresponding to classes E2, C2 and F1 and in compliance with IEC 60076-11 standard. According to customer requirements we can produce some special transformers for dedicated services with customized losses and design.

  • Cast Resin Transformers

    According EcoDesign EN 50588-1 (160kVA - 3150kVA)

    All produced transformers are put to routine tests and by request of the client we offer some special tests.
    Routine tests includes:
    • Ratio measurements and check of phase displacement and verification connection group
    • Measuring of looses and no-load looses
    • Measuring of short-circuit current and load looses
    • Tests with applied voltage
    • Tests with induced voltage
    • Measuring of partian discharge
    • Verification of documentation
    • Verification of accessories
    • Verification of distance
    Special test includes:
    • Heat run test
    • Impulse voltage test
    • Noise level measurement
